LEARNING OUTCOMES
This women’s communication course is for leaders of all levels. Participants are placed into peer coaching groups, made up of individuals with similar experiences or backgrounds. Participants will:
- Grow self-awareness in order to find and authentic voice.
- Uncover how gender, culture, and power structures can impact the ability to speak and be heard (and what to do about it).
- Learn to utilize data to negotiate and build cases for proposed solutions.
- Identify high-level opportunities where speaking up can be most impactful.
