We work with a variety of organizations, both big and small, across all sectors. Employees of these organizations range from emerging leaders and first-time managers all the way up to top level, C-suite executives.

Our trainings and talks are conducted in 90-minute, half-day, one-day, or two-day formats depending on the content selected.

Our programs are facilitated in our Louisville location, virtually, or on-site for any private company trainings.

Program attendees can obtain a wide variety of skills and competencies depending on their course participation. This includes communication, negotiation, inclusivity, inspiring and motivating others, storytelling, presenting, problem-solving, goal setting, build trust, conflict management, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, courage, psychological safety, leadership presence, and much more.

Programs are usually made up of about 25-40 participants.
