Authentic Leadership For Women

In Celebration of Women’s History Month

Research now shows that women have more of the leadership competencies required to be successful in the 21st century. This interactive workshop will explore how women leaders can recognize and nurture what are considered traditionally ‘feminine traits’ to gain a competitive edge in the world of work. We’ll bust some of the myths of women’s leadership and lead participants through our three-part Authentic Leadership for Women framework:

  • Confidence – Grow Your Power
  • Connection – Activate Your Allies
  • Courage – Turn Your Thoughts Into Action
