Through a blend of self-awareness practices, communication frameworks, and real-world application, participants will learn to approach tension not with fear, but with curiosity and confidence and empower you to turn conflict into a force for positive change.
This course teaches learners the different types of conflict, provides a roadmap to recognize the various stages of conflict, and develop tools to embrace conflict in a productive way that will encourage courageous communication which in turn will lead to high performing teams.

Don has 30 years of experience in human resources, leadership training, and executive coaching. His career includes leadership roles at Toyota Motor Corporation, Aleris, Kentucky Trailer, and as a consultant where he specialized in leadership development for frontline, mid-level, and executive management teams. His expertise spans employee engagement, HR strategy, leadership facilitation, and program management across the manufacturing, automotive, and corporate sectors.
Donald is a graduate of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, earning his M.MIN in ministerial effectiveness with a focus on
organizational development and Indiana Wesleyan University earning an MBA in Human Resource Management.
