As we celebrate Women’s History Month this March, we are reminded that leadership isn’t just about positions of power—it’s about influence, impact, and inspiring others. At LeadingBetter, we believe that great leadership is rooted in authenticity. That’s why we created the Authentic Leadership for Women workshop—a space where women can explore their strengths, build confidence, and unlock the leadership potential that already exists within them. It’s a journey of self-discovery, growth, and transformation, led by Lisa Zangari, a seasoned executive coach, and leadership development expert.

Meet Your Facilitator: Lisa Zangari
The workshop is led by Lisa Zangari, a seasoned executive coach, and the Executive Coach in Residence at the Leadership Louisville Center. With over a decade of experience working with leaders at all levels, Lisa has helped organizations like Disney, Citibank, and Pfizer unlock their leadership potential. Her global expertise spans across Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America, working with top-level executives and teams to drive transformation and foster authentic leadership.
Lisa’s coaching approach is rooted in deep empathy, listening, and understanding. She has a unique ability to meet leaders where they are, helping them navigate their challenges and empower their teams. Her work has been featured in TD Magazine, and she was recognized by Business First as one of the “20 People to Know in Career Development.”
