Our History
Stemming from the Leadership Louisville Center’s mission to equip and inspire leaders to be better and do better, LeadingBetter™ was formed to focus on social impact leadership. This idea states that with the right tools, better leaders can positively impact their personal lives, their professional lives, and the community in which they live – creating a ripple effect of leadership.
Since 2015, the organization has offered leadership and talent development curriculum to thousands of participants from over 500 companies across over 30 states.
LeadingBetter™ continues to expand throughout the nation with organizations and individuals who seek to develop their talent while simultaneously making a social impact investment.
