At the 2026 LeadingBetter™ Summit, we are proud to welcome Diya Wynn, Amazon’s Leader of Responsible AI.

Leading Through AI Disruption: Intentional Choices for Uncertain Times

Every leader in the room is already navigating AI disruption — whether they’ve named it or not. Workflows are shifting. Roles are evolving. And people are watching to see if their leaders have a compass or are just reacting.

This session is for leaders who want a compass.

Diya Wynn brings nearly three decades of technology transformation experience and a practitioner’s honesty to one of the most pressing leadership questions of our time: how do you make sound decisions about AI when the landscape keeps moving?

Drawing on enterprise findings from The Kyndryl Institute’s 2025 Readiness Report and her paper on the CEO Tipping Point, Diya challenges leaders to move from reactive adoption to intentional design.

Attendees will leave with:

  • A practical decision guide for evaluating AI choices in real time
  • Language to lead their teams through uncertainty with clarity
  • The confidence to make intentional choices in an era that rewards neither paralysis nor recklessness

This session speaks directly to one of the Summit’s core themes, future-readiness in a world reshaped by AI and emerging technologies. Participants will gain clarity on how to innovate responsibly while strengthening culture, credibility, and performance.
