Guests at the 2025 Leadership Louisville Luncheon are invited to try out LeadingBetter in a free virtual course.

Register for a session below.

Here’s what to expect in Growing a Challenge Culture: Speaking Freely to Lead Boldly:

Psychologically safe workspaces is the foundation of innovative, resilient, and high-performing teams—but creating it requires intention, skill, and accountability. This 2-hour interactive training equips leaders and teams with a practical understanding of psychological safety, why it matters, and how to build it consistently.

Participants will explore the four stages of psychological safety, assess their current team culture, and learn language and behaviors that foster trust, inclusion, and open dialogue. Through real-world examples, group reflection, and scorecard activities, participants will develop the confidence and tools to encourage healthy risk-taking, surface diverse perspectives, and balance safety with performance accountability.

By the end of the session, each participant will create a personalized action plan to strengthen psychological safety in their own teams – starting immediately.
