His career includes leadership roles at Toyota Motor Corporation, Aleris, Kentucky Trailer, and as a consultant where he specialized in leadership development for frontline, mid-level, and executive management teams. His expertise spans employee engagement, HR strategy, leadership facilitation, and program management across the manufacturing, automotive, and corporate sectors.

Donald is a graduate of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, earning his M.MIN in ministerial effectiveness with a focus on
organizational development and Indiana Wesleyan University earning an MBA in Human Resource Management.
